Customers have 7 days after the delivery to cancel an order and return the items at their own expense. If the lead time expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it will be extended to the first following business day.
Returns must first be notified to the customer service by e-mail. Items must be returned by Registered Mail at this address:

Items must be unopened and still in their original packaging. No used items (or if the packaging have been damaged) will be exchanged or refunded.
The cancellation right applies without penalty except for return fees. In case of a cancellation, customers have a right to ask for a refund or an exchange. If an exchange has been requested, the re-shipping cost will be at customers’ expense.
The refund applies to the returned items’ price only. Shipping fees are not refundable except if the cancellation was issued before the order was dispatched.
In case of a cancellation, MOBILEHELPSHOP will do everything in its power to refund customers within 15 days.
